Having regard to the facts and circumstances indicated from record, the instant misc. petition is decided in the following terms :-
The petitioner Mukesh Kumar shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards forfeiture of personal bond whereas two sureties would deposit equivalent amount of Rs.500/- each towards their surety bonds. Needful be done within a period of four weeks from today, upon which the proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C. shall be concluded.
