With the consent of both the parties, all the criminal

misc. petitions have been heard together and same are .being decided by this common judgment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition No. 6605/2016 titled as Pappu @ Omprakash Vs. State & Ors., on the ground that the police after

investigation has submitted final report in favour of the accused persons. However, he submits that the complainant be given liberty to file a protest petition before the court concerned against the final report, which is not opposed by the learned PP.

The submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner seems to be genuine.

The instant criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and directions.

So far as criminal misc. petitions No. 6284/2016 titled as Ramkishan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr., and 6664/2016 titled as Harinarayan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr., are concerned, counsel for the accused petitioners has submitted that the police after investigation has submitted final report in the matter. Thus, above both the criminal misc. petitions filed by the petitioners does not survive as the same have become infructuous, which is not opposed by the learned PP.

In view of above statement, both the above criminal misc. petition filed by the petitioners do not survive and accordingly same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
