This Misc.Petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 18/1/2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Srimadhopur, Sikar in Criminal Revision no. 108/2015.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has requested
application, the same should be decided in accordance with law. He has further requested that any order passed by this court will not come in the way while deciding the application.
Learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the same. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case as also the impugned order.
In view of the above, this Misc. petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
