The matter comes up on a letter dated 11.05.2017 of Deputy Registrar (Judicial) stating therein that Mrs Taruna Tanwar, Jr.P.A., submitted a note sheet dated 09.05.2017 to the effect that in the judgment dated 20.01.2017 passed in S.B.Cr.Misc. Petition No.504/2015, the Header “CRLMP-1442/2015” has wrongly been mentioned.
It is noticed that in the judgment dated 20.01.2017, “CRLMP-1442/2015” is shown in the Header of page No.2 to 5.

Having considered the letter dated 11.05.2017 as well as the note-sheet dated 09.05.2017, this Court feels that the above mentioned mistake has been occurred due to inadvertence, which requires rectification. Hence, it is rectified today.
The Registry is directed to upload the rectified order by replacing the Header “CRLMP-1442/2015” from “CRLMP504/2015” on the Webside.
