These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are preferred by the petitioners with a prayer to issue directions to the police authority to consolidate or club the investigation of the FIR Nos. 393/2015, 411/2015, 410/2015, 385/2015, 409/2015, 430/2015, 386/2015 of Police Station Nokha, District Bikaner with the investigation of FIR No. 471/2015 of Police Station Nokha, District Bikaner.

After going through the averments made in these petitions, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners may approach the investigating officer with a prayer for clubing or consolidating the investigation of all the above mentioned FIRs through proper representation. If any such representation is moved by the petitioners, it is expected that the investigating officer would consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

With these observations, these criminal misc. petitions are disposed of.
