Petitioner has filed this 2nd petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.614/2016 registered at Police Station Jhotwara, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.1.2017. Challan has already been presented in the court. Initially, negative final report was prepared by the investigating agency. Now, talks regarding amicable settlement between the parties are going on.
Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the complainant has no objection if this

petition is allowed. Learned counsel has further submitted that liberty be given to the complainant to seek cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner, in case talks regarding amicable settlement do not materialise.
Accordingly, in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
However, in case talks regarding amicable settlement fail to materialise, complainant would be at liberty to seek cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner.
