It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that as per the statement of the son of the deceased the injury on parietal region is assigned to Sanwar Mal and Govind Ram. The dispute was pertaining to land and the order of the Court was in favour of the petitioner party. A cross case has been filed in this case.

It is also contended that charge-sheet has been filed in this case. As many as 8 persons have been made accused in this case.

Counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail application. His contention is that there are 5 witnesses to the incident.

I have considered the contentions.

Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the petitioners, I deem it proper to allow the bail application

This bail application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused petitioners shall be released on bail provided they furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
