Petitioners have filed this revision petition under Section 397 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred as 'Cr.P.C.') read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 02.09.2016, whereby cognizance was taken against the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners shall surrender before the trial Court and face the trial. Petitioners were found innocent, during investigation and have been ordered to be summoned to face the trial on an application under Section 319 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 at the time

of passing of the judgment of conviction and sentence of their coaccused. Learned counsel has submitted that the arrest warrants ordered to be issued by the trial Court with regard to the petitioners be converted into bailable warrants.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction that non-baliable warrants of arrest of the petitioners issued by the trial Court are converted into bailable warrants.
