Learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Jitendra Shrimali submitted factual report of the matter, which is taken on record.
As per factual report, charge-sheet No. 161 dated 23.08.2017 against accused Bhagwan Singh, Shyamsundar, Tulsiram, Govind Prasad, Smt. Vimla Devi, Smt. Premlata Devi, Rajendra, Ravikant and Nikhil has been submitted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 352, 323, 341 and 325 IPC and against accusedjuvenile Krishankant for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 352, 323, 341 and 325 IPC has been submitted before the concern Court. Thereafter, offence under Sections 308 and 307 IPC was not found proved against accused Dhanesh son of Dalchand, therefore report under Section 169 Cr.P.C. was also

submitted before the concern Court.
Learned counsel for applicant- petitioner Mr. B.R. Rana and Mr. Anil Upman learned counsel appearing on behalf of accused persons submit that parties have entered into compromise, therefore petitioner doesn’t want to press this application.
