The matter comes up on an application for extension of time for vacating the house by the appellant over the time granted vide order dated 22-9-2016 in SBCMA No.2421/2012 .
Pursuant to order dated 21-12-2016, the appellant Smt. Parwati Soni has appeared in court and handed over keys of the house occupied by her to respondent, belonging to the brother of the respondent, evidencing relinquishment her possession thereon. She also states that she has received in court today a banker's cheque No.740809 dated 9-12-2016 drawn at Punjab National Bank Fhulera (Jaipur) for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. A copy of the same has been taken on record of the application. She admits that with the receipt of the aforesaid Rs.5 lacs, the entire amount of Rs.15,02,000/-, as directed by this court under consent order dated 22-9-2016, has been received by her. Signatures of Smt. Parwati Soni have been taken on the court file as proof of facts recorded.
The application filed by the appellant accordingly stands disposed of accordingly.
