Learned counsel for the petitioner wants that this petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file an application u/s 452 Cr.P.C again and the same should be decided by the trial court in accordance with law. He further requested that the order passed by any court will not come in the way while passing the order on the application.
The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and direction.
