This Misc.Petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 13/8/2015 passed by learned Chief Metropolitan. Magistrate, Jaipur in Criminal Case no. 1618/2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has died who had entered in compromise and now either the criminal misc. petition may be allowed or the trial court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months if possible.
The Misc. Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months if possible. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
