By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to allow the petitioner to run Fair Price Shop pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2014 passed by the Additional Food Commissioner Rajasthan.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's supply has already been restored and therefore, this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
This factual position is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
