ORDER
This miscellaneous application has been filed by the
petitioner for correction in the order dated 21.7.16. passed by this court in S.B.Company Petition No.5/16.
It is submitted that inadvertently, in para no.2 of the order, the registered office of the Company has been shown to be at Udaipur instead of Bhilwara.
It appears to be an inadvertent error, which deserves to be rectified.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. In para no.2 of
the order dated 21.7.16 passed by this court in Company Petition No.5/16, the place of registered office of the Company mentioned as “Udaipur-311001” shall stand substituted as “Bhilwara”.
