This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved against the order dated 20/21.5.2015 (Annex-3), whereby the opportunity to file reply was closed.
The matter came up before this Court on 5.8.2015,
wherein following order was passed :-
“In the meanwhile and till further order, if on the next date i.e. 10.08.2015, the petitioners produce their written statement before the trial court and pay a cost of Rs. 500/- to the respondents-plaintiffs, the written statement filed by the petitioners may be taken on record. In case the cost is not accepted by the plaintiffs and they want to contest the present writ petition, further proceedings in Civil Original Suit No.53/2014 pending before the Additional District Judge No.1, Sriganganagar shall remain stayed.
It is made clear that in case the written statement is not filed on the next date and / or cost is not accepted, no further opportunity would be granted to the petitioners.”
It has been reported by court below that the cost has been
accepted and the written statement has been taken on record.
In view of the above, the order dated 5.8.2015 is made absolute and the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of.
