This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners based on apprehension that as they have got married against the wishes of respondents, they may be ill-treated and their life & liberty is threatened.
Alongwith the petition, the petitioners have filed a representation said to have been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara. In the circumstances of the case, where the petition has been filed on mere apprehension, no directions need to be issued to the respondents as prayed by the petitioners.
However, it would be open for the petitioners to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhilwara and make their grievance known to him, who would take a view on the prayer/apprehension expressed by the petitioners.
With the above observations, the petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of.
