The petitioner has died during pendency of writ petition and time was sought by learned counsel for the petitioner to implead his legal heirs. The time for it was given vide order dated 10th June, 2016. A period of more than three months has already passed thereupon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
despite information, none has approached him.
In view of above, this writ petition is abated and
accordingly dismissed.
