Heard learned counsel for the parties.
On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and the material made available on record as well as the evidence collected during investigation which has been placed on record by way of copy of the charge-sheet and more particularly looking to the fact that benefit of bail has already been granted by this Court to some of the similarly situated co-accused, but without expressing any final opinion on the merit and demerit of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Consequently, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed.
It is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Bholaram son of Shri Harlaram Yadav, in FIR No.259/2015, registered at Police StationManoharpur, Distt. Jaipur, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
