Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the prayer that the trial court be directed to decide the temporary injunction application. Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection. The permission as sought for is granted.
It is directed that the trial court shall decide the temporary injunction application within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. By this order, the stay application and other pending application if any, also stand dismissed.
