ाथर् की ओर से यह दाि�डक िनगरानी यािचका �यायाधीश, ारा पािरत आदेश िदनांक 15.12.2015 के पािरवािरक �यायालय, अलवर ्ष िव�्ष ्ऺ�तुत की गयी है, िजसके ्षारा इस िनगरानी यािचका की िवप्षी �ीमती आरती के अ�तिरम भरण पोषण ्ऺाथर्नाप्ऴ अ�तगर्त धारा 125 द�ड्ऺ ि्वया संिहता पर िन�निलिखत आदेश पािरत िकया गया:-
“पिरणाम�व�प �ीमती आरती की ओर से द�ड ्ऺि्वया संिहता की धारा 125 के अ�तगर्त ्ऺ�तुत िकया गया ह�तगत अ�तिरम भरण पोषण भ�ा का ्ऺ ाथर्नाप्ऴ �वीकार िकया जाकर, अ्ऺाथर् लख्मीच�द धोबी को आदेश िदया जाता है िक वह मूल्ऺ ाथर्नाप्ऴ के िन�तारण तक ्ऺािथर्या �ीमती आरती को 2000/�पये ्ऺितमाह अ�तिरम भरण पोषण भ�ा �यायालय म� आवेदन्ऺ �तुत करने की िदनांक 12.11.2014 से अदा करेगा।"
मैन� िव्षान अिधव्व ा ्ऺ ाथर् को सुना। �यायाधीश, पािरवािरक �यायालय, अलवर ्ष ारा पािरत आदेश िदनांक 15.12.2015 का �यानपूवर्क अवलोकन िकया। म� उ्व आदेश म� ऐसी कोई िविधक ्ऴुिट नहीं पाता हूं िजससे उ्व आदेश म� िकसी ्ऺकार से ह�त्षेप िकया जावे।

अत: ्ऺाथर् की ओर से ्ऺ�तुत यह दाि�डक िनगरानी यािचका िनर�त की जाती है। िनगरानी यािचका के साथ संलग्न �थगन ्ऺ ाथर्नाप्ऴ भी िनर�त िकया जाता है। िफर भी ्ऺाथर् ्षारा इस िनगरानी यािचका म� उठाये गये िब�दुओं को अधीन�थ �यायालय के सम्ष अंितम बहस के समय उठाने की �वतं्ऴता ्ऺदान की जाती है।
