Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the Northern Regional Committee for recognition of D.El.Ed. program in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Regulation Norms

and Procedure Regulation), 2014 (hereinafter `the Regulationks of 2014').

The prayer sought for is allowed.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to move an

application before the Northern Regional Committee for recognition of D.El.Ed. program strictly under the Regulations of 2014. In the event of an application being filed by the petitioner the same be decided by a reasoned and speaking order by the NRC strictly in accordance with the Regulations of 2014 in a nondiscriminatory manner.

The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly. Stay application needs no address in view of the petition having been disposed off.
