The petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents not to compel her to issue a fresh bond and to increase her salary as per Circular dated 13.01.2003 with effect from the date of completion of two years of service with all consequential benefits.
Learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was granted 10% increase in her salary in terms of the Circular dated 13.01.2003 and the requisite amount was deposited in her account on 29.07.2011. He further states that although the petitioner was initially appointed on contractual basis, she had applied for appointment on regular basis in pursuance to advertisement issued by the respondents in the year 2013 and she has been appointed after selection as ANM on regular basis vide order dated 05.01.2016.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, this petition would not require any adjudication and stands disposed of as infructuous.
