By this writ petition, a challenge is made to the order of suspension.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a liberty may be given to the petitioner to make a representation to the non-petitioners for recalling of the order of suspension. It is now in the light of the Circular of the State Government dated 23.02.2015. The representation may be considered by the nonpetitioners ignoring the period of three years in the light of the Circular, referred above.
In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the non-petitioners for recalling of the order of suspension. It would be considered on merit and after taking note of the Circular dated 23.2.2015, which provides that review of the order of suspension can be made after the period of one year of suspension. The representation would be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of its receipt.
