The petitioner has alleged disobedience and noncompliance of the order dated 26.03.2014 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.3213/2014 whereby the respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
In response to the notice, the respondents have filed reply wherein it is stated that in terms of the order of the Court, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and decided vide order dated 21.04.2014. A copy of the order dated 21.04.2014 has been annexed as Annexure-3 along with the contempt petition itself.
Therefore, as the respondents, in pursuance to the direction of the court, have decided the representation of the petitioner, I do not intend to proceed further in this contempt petition. The petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. It shall, of course, be open to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the order passed by the respondents in accordance with law.
