The present writ petitions pertain to the recruitment in the Rajasthan State And Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination, 2013 held under the Rajasthan State And Subordinate Services (Direct Recruitment by Combined Competitive Examination) Rules, 1999. The petitioners fall in the category of exservice personnel. Their grievance is that after declaration of result of the Mains Examination, candidates have not been called for interview three times to the vacancies advertised in their category. It is despite a decision of the Full Commission of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission to call candidates for interview three times to the vacancies dvertised. A reference of the judgment in the case of “Kamlesh Kumar Sharma & 25 ors versus State of Rajasthan & anr”, 2013(5)WLC(raj)25 has been given, wherein, statement of learned counsel for the Commission has been recorded for calling the candidates for interview three times to the vacancies advertised. In view of aforesaid, petitioners want to submit representation to the respondents to call the candidates for interview three times to the vacancies advertised. The representation/s aforesaid may be considered by the Commission properly because in previous recruitment, the Commission called the candidates for interview three times to the vacancies advertised. Even the information sought under the Right to Information Act shows that for the recruitment year 2012, Commission had called candidates three times to the vacancies advertised.
