The petitioner has instituted the present writ application stating that the matter of regularization of the land/plot involved herein, is pending consideration with the respondent-Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer, for last 16 years, whereas the land adjoining to the plot of the petitioner, has been regularized for commercial activities.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, for present the order that is to be made, it is not

required to serve a notice on the respondents.

¶16

The petitioner is directed to address a comprehensive representation to the respondentAjmer Development Authority, Ajmer; enclosing a copy of the writ application thereto, within two weeks' hereinafter.

In case a representation is so addressed; the respondentPrescribed Authority, Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer, is directed to decide the same by the reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible; preferably within 8 weeks from the date of representation is presented along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ proceedings stand closed.
