Learned counsel prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Govind Narain Lata & Anr. Vs. State and Another in S B Civil Writ Writ Petition No.7256/2007 decided on 25th July, 2014 as well as judgment of the Principal Seat at Jodhpur in the case of Dhagla Ram Vs. State and Others reported in 2007 WLC (Raj.) UC 747 . The representation aforesaid may be considered and decided by the respondents in the light of the judgments supra.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. In case of representation along with the copy of the judgments supra, respondents are directed to consider and decide it in the light of the directions given in the judgments supra, if it applies to the facts of this case. The representation would be decided by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of its receipt along with copy of this order.
