The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present petition seeking quashing of FIR chargesheet has been filed hence the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all arguments available to the petitioner before the trial court at the time of formulation of charges.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
