Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of First Information Report No.4/2016 registered at Police Station Chirawa District Jhunjhunu for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Saini, appearing for Mr. Rahul Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of First Information Report, as during pendency of present petition, the report of investigation has already been submitted in the ld. Court below.
As prayed, the present petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
Upon disposal of main petition, the stay application, filed therewith does not survives and the same is also disposed of.
