Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.184/2016 registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Jaipur (South) for offences under Sections 323, 341 & 327 Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Prosecution story in brief is that the complainant was given beatings by the petitioner and his co-accused.
Learned State Counsel has submitted that the petitioner was involved in 34 other criminal cases. Out of the said cases petitioner has been acquitted in 15 cases but 17 cases are still pending against him and in 2 cases he has been convicted.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
