Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 100/2016 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Karauli for offence under Section 380 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Later Section 457 Indian Penal Code, 1860 were added by the police during investigation).
Heard.
Co-accused Rajendra has been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 29.06.2016. Petitioners are in custody since 24.05.2016. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
