Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 134/2016 registered at Police Station, Chidawa, Distt. Jhunjhunu, for offences under Sections 143, 323, 452, 307 & 427 of Indian Penal Code , 1860.
Heard.
It is a case of version and cross version. Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2016. Petitioner had also suffered injuries in the occurrence. As per the medical opinion injuries on the person of injured Suman could have proved dangerous to life, in case she had not got the treatment in time. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
