Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 323/2015 registered at Police Station, Shyam Nagar, Distt. Jaipur North, for offences under Sections 420, 406 & 120-B of Indian Penal Code , 1860.

Prosecution story in brief is that the petitioner was running a company and sold four plots to the complainant. Petitioner and his co-accused took Rs. 63,00,000/- from the complainant towards sale price, development charges etc. However, when the complainant went to take possession of the land, it was found that the plots were in possession of some other person. It has been further found that the land in question in fact, vests with the Jaipur Development Authority.
Keeping in view, the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.
Dismissed.
