Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 79/2016 registered at Police Station, Nenwa, Distt. Bundi (Rajasthan), for offences under Sections 454 & 380 of Indian Penal Code , 1860.

Present case relates to theft committed by the petitioner and his co-accused. Petitioner is involved in ten other criminal cases of similar nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of the ten cases, petitioner has been acquitted in four cases. However, six criminal cases of similar nature are still pending against the petitioner.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
