वेद राठौड़ बनाम राज�थान रा�य एवं अ�य आदेश िदनांक: 01 फरवरी , 2016 माननीय � यायािधपित �ी बनवारी लाल शमार ् ा याची की ओर से �ी मनीष गु�ा अिधव्व �ी सुदेश सैनी िव्षान् लोक अिभयोजक वा�ते रा�य -- अिधव्व ा याची को सुना गया व प्ऴावली का अवलोकन िकया गया। िव्षान् अिधव्व ा याची �ी मनीष गु�ा ने िनवेदन िकया िक वे इस यािचका म� उठाये गये िब�दुओं को िवचारण �यायालय के सम्ष चाजर् की �टेज पर उठाने के अपने अिधकार को सुरि्षत रखते हुए इस यािचका को्ऺ �या�त (withdraw) िकये जाने की अनुमित िदये जाने की ्ऺाथर्ना करते ह�। तदनुसार याची के वांिछत अिधकार सुरि्षत रखते हुए ्ऺ ाथर्नानुसार यािचका ्ऺ�या�त (withdraw) िकये जाने के आधार पर िनर�त की जाती है। उ्व ि�थित म� संलग्न �थगन ्ऺाथर्ना प्ऴ भी िनर�त िकया जाता है।
