On the joint request made by the learned counsel for the parties, hearing of the present contempt petition is pre-poned from 23.5.2016 to today and the matter is taken on board.

The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the decision of the learned Single Judge has been made subject matter of the appeal.

It has been prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present contempt petition be disposed of with the direction to the respondents that they will abide by the outcome of the decision of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench in appeal, in case same is decided against the State of Rajasthan.

As prayed, the present contempt petition is disposed of, with

the direction to the respondents to file an undertaking in the office of Dy. Registrar (Judicial) within two weeks that they will abide by the decision of the Division Bench rendered in appeal. A further liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition in case respondents fail to act in consonance with the undertaking filed by them before Dy. Registrar (Judicial).
