Neither the petitioner is present nor his counsel on his behalf has put in appearance.
Mr. Anurag Sharma -learned AAG has submitted that the order passed by the court in the writ petition has been fully complied with.
In view of above statement, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner does not survive and accordingly stands dismissed. Notices issued to the respondents stand discharged. If the petitioner is of the view that the compliance with the order has not been made then he shall file an application for revival of the contempt petition before this Court within a period of one month from today.
