The petitioners have alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 21.10.2011 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14729/ 2011, which was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners if they are also entitled to the same treatment as has been given to the others vide order dated 05.08.2011 on submitting similar undertaking.
In the reply filed by the respondents it is stated that the representation filed by the petitioners was considered and decided vide order dated 19.12.2011. A copy of this order dated 19.12.2011 has been annexed as Annexure-R/ 1 with the reply.
A perusal of the order dated 19.12.2011 indicates that while deciding the representation, the competent authority has mentioned that the case of the petitioners is distinguishable from those persons, who were entitled to the benefit of order dated 05.08.2011.

Therefore, it is apparent that the direction of the court has been complied with as the representation of the petitioner has been considered and decided. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged. It shall, of course, be open to the petitioners, if so advised, to challenge the order passed by the respondents, in accordance with law.
