The petitioner has alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 14.12.2011 passed by the Single Bench of this Court whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant first, second & third selection scale to the petitioner.

Learned Government Counsel appearing for respondents submits that the benefit of first selection scale had already been extended to the petitioner and now, vide order dated 22.01.2016, the petitioner has been granted the second and third selection as well. He further submits that the arrears, which would be due to the petitioner as a consequence to this order dated 22.01.2016, shall be disbursed to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

Therefore, as the petitioner has been granted the benefit of second and third selection scale in pursuance to the direction of the Court, I am satisfied that the order the Court has been

complied with. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged. The petitioner shall be at liberty to revive this petition in case the disbursement of the arrears is not made

within four weeks.
