At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgement of this Court in Ganesh Narayan Mali & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15721/2015 decided on 7.1.2016 along with connected matters and it is prayed that the similar benefits should be accorded to the petitioner as well.
The petitioner is therefore set at liberty to make a representation to the Secretary, RPSC who shall consider the case of the petitioner in the light of judgement passed in Ganesh Narayan, supra and if his case is found covered by the aforesaid judgement, extend the similar benefits to the petitioner as well or otherwise give reasons for not doing so. The representation of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of making such representation along with copy of this order.
Writ petition is disposed of.
