The learned counsel Mr. Pramod Kumar Sharma has contended that although the representation has been decided by the respondent but same has not been decided in the light of impugned order dated 7.04.2014. He has further contended that a liberty should be given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the ground arising from the representation decided by the respondent/s.
The learned counsel has submitted that the representation has been decided in accordance with the law, hence he oppose the request made above.
Looking to the facts and circumstances, this contempt petition is disposed of with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if occasion so arises. The notice is issued stand discharged. Ordered accordingly.
