This court by the order dated 05.02.2015, this court refused to interfere with the order passed by learned Single Bench as the total amount involved for the administrative charges is only Rs.5000/-. The order is sought to be reviewed on the count that the administrative charges are required to be deposited by the petitioner institution and then only, the amount of Contributory Provident Fund can be released. We do not find any reason to review the order aforesaid. The learned Single Bench directed the Assistant Commissioner, Provident Fund to release the contributory provident fund irrespective of depositing/ deducting the administrative charges. In totality, the issue is only of that Rs.5000/-.
Accordingly, the application for review is dismissed.
