Learned Single Bench by the order dated 09.07.2014 dismissed the petition for writ being not having territorial jurisdiction to adjudicate the issue involved. The writ petition is preferred to challenge the charge-sheet issued by the respondent No.3 the Assistant Commandant, 12th Battalion, Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (I.R.), New Delhi.
From perusal of the facts averred in the petition for writ, we are satisfied that this court is not having any territorial jurisdiction to examine the issue sought to be agitated in the instant matter. The appeal, thus, is dismissed.
