Application has been filed for clarification of the order of this Court dated 15.4.2014 by which the respondents are required to consider the representation of the petitioner for giving them the benefit of bonus marks considering their working experience irrespective of their placement through placement agency/NGO in the light of judgement of this Court in Sonu Singhal vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14495/2014 decided on 18.11.2013.

It is contended in the application that the judgement of Sonu Singhal, supra did not restrict the consideration for award of bonus marks to those who are working with placement agency/NGO and, therefore, the case of the petitioner may be required to be considered even if they have not worked through NGO / placement agency, but directly

in the NRHM Scheme of State of Madhya Pradesh. The order is clarified in the terms that the respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner in conformity with the judgement of single bench in Sonu Singhal, supra regardless of whether or not the petitioners are working through placement agency/NGO or are working directly under the NRHM scheme of the State of Madhya Pradesh, subject to any other order if pass in appeal against the aforesaid judgement which is said to have been filed by the State.
