Court required the petitioners therein to approach District Collector, Jaipur, Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation and Rajasthan State Pollution control Board, who were directed to ensure that there is no air pollution or noise pollution and no commercial activities are carried out, if not permitted by local law in the area in question. It is contended that after passing of aforesaid order, Jaipur Development Authority(for short 'JDA') has introduced a colony namely Murtikala Vihar and allotted plots to the petitioners in the said scheme. Allotment letters of the petitioners have been placed on record. However, so far no steps have been taken to develop the aforesaid colony and provide basic amenities like electricity and water supply. Prayer has been made by the petitioners that till the aforesaid colony is fully developed, the respondents be restrained from disconnecting their electricity supply and permit them to carry out their industrial activities in the existing plots. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners have been so far carrying out industrial activities at the present location and therefore, till such time new colony, i.e., Murtikala Vihar is fully developed, the petitioners may be allowed to carry out industrial activities in their existing plots.
