This application has been filed by the

petitioner with the prayer that the order of this Court dated 27.1.2014 may be corrected and clarified.

It is submitted that petitioner has wrongly argued that the appointment of the petitioner was made on compassionate ground and reliance has wrongly been placed on Rule 9 of the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependants of Deceased Government Servant Rules, 1996. It is contended that it was an erroneous submission made due to factual mistake. In fact, the deceased husband of the petitioner was not a government servant and, therefore, Rule 9 would not be applied in this case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file fresh writ petition.

permitted to file fresh petition. The respondents need not to decide the representation in the light of the aforesaid order dated 27.1.2014 passed in the writ petition, which is based on factually

incorrect arguments.
