Learned counsel for the respondent-petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been selected and appointed on some other post with the Government of Rajasthan, therefore, he wants to withdraw the petition for writ itself.
Accordingly, the petition for writ bearing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8190/2010 is dismissed as withdrawn. The judgment dated 17.12.2012 is set aside. The appeal stands disposed of.
