These appeals are barred by limitation and no application has been preferred to have condonation of the same. Irrespective of this we have examined merits of these appeals.

Suffice to mention that by judgment impugned dated 18.7.2014 learned Single Bench decided 17 writ petitions out of those SB Civil Writ Petition No.4838/2010, Sanjay Soni v. State of Rajasthan & Ors., has already been dismissed after adjudication on merits. In view of it, these appeals are to be dismissed in terms of the judgment given in the case of Sanjay Soni (supra) and an appeal giving challenge to that judgment (DB Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.1414/2014, State of Rajasthan & Ors. v. Sanjay Soni & Ors.) has already been dismissed after adjudication on merits.

In view of it, these appeals are also dismissed in terms of the judgment given in the case of Sanjay Soni (supra).
