By the order dated 10.07.2013, this court directed the respondents to permit the appellant-petitioner on provisional basis to have admission of students for MDS course for the academic session of 2013-14 as per the affiliation granted by the Rajasthan University of Health and Sciences.
By way of submitting an additional affidavit, it is pointed out by the appellant that the Executive Committee of the Dental Council of India in its meeting held on 31.07.2014 recommended to regularize the admissions of the students for MDS course for the academic year 2013-14 and 2014-15. In view of the fact that the admissions granted have already been recommended to be regularized by the Dental Council of India, we deem it appropriate to make the order dated 10.07.2013 absolute.
The appeal also stands disposed of accordingly.
