This petition for writ in the nature of public interest ligation is preferred to remove encroachment on 'Kachha' way situated in Khasra No.1564 and 1567 at Village Bavri, Tehsil Bhopalgarh, District Jodhpur.
Looking to the disputed facts involved in this petition for writ, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the respondent- Collector, Jodhpur to treat this petition as a representation submitted by the petitioners to him and further to examine merits of the case. The Collector, Jodhpur while examining merits shall also provide an opportunity of hearing to the parties, if demanded. The representation is required to be considered and disposed of on or before 31.7.2015.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
